Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the specific requirements of your property. All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing will be confirmed following an assessment of your property, either in person or based on information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial assessment.
Service bookings are confirmed once we have agreed on the scope of work and scheduling. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates at no additional cost.
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards. Upon completion of each visit, we will ensure the work area is left tidy and any green waste is removed unless otherwise agreed.
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the agreed services. This includes ensuring any gates are unlocked and pets are secured where necessary.
You are responsible for informing us of any hazards, underground utilities, or other conditions that may affect our ability to perform services safely.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. For ongoing maintenance contracts, invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
We maintain public liability insurance of up to £5 million. However, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence in performing services.
